Mary Elle Fanning is a young American actress who is known for her performances in films like 'Phoebe's Wonderland' as well as 'The Neon Demon'. Her birthplace is Conyers, Georgia, Fanning is the sister of model Dakota Fanning. At a young age she started acting. Her first appearance was in the hit miniseries "Taken,", which was produced by Steven Spielberg. Fanning was a young form of her character that her sister played in the popular miniseries. Fanning began gaining roles without the help of her older sister. At nine years old Fanning portrayed the lead character in "Phoebe in Wonderland". It was her outstanding performance that gained her considerable notoriety and accolades. She also appeared in films, such as 'The Door in the Floor as well as 'I'm Looking for Someone to Share a Cheese with'. Her stunning appearance and impressive acting abilities soon led to her becoming an emerging actress. Her first prize was awarded at age thirteen!
