CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz is his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican descendent from his paternal family, is half Mexican. His father is Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. His parents, both heroin addicts himself had a difficult childhood. He was part of groups. He also used drugs , such as cocaine. He was in the juvenile halls while a youngster. He was 13 when the divorce of his parents took place. He went to Huntington Beach High School, where he was a wrestler. When he reached the age of 18 years old, his mother was able to kick him out.
